NV Cremant d'Alsace Brut Rose, Lucien Albrecht, Alsace - A beautiful crisp, clean finishing sparkler from Alsace, made from 100% Pinot Noir.  Displaying aromas of strawberries and a hint of toast, this is great pre dinner wine or pairing with shellfish.  $19.99

2011 Domaines Schlumberger 'Les Princes Abbes' Riesling, Alsace - A deliciously dry style Riesling displaying aromas of citrus, flowers and a hint of peach, finishing with a medium body and balanced acidity.  A great match with trout, salmon, oysters, and a variety of cheeses.  $22

2009 Chateau Peyraud, Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux - This Merlot based Bordeaux shows intense aroma of currants, licorice, and a hint of vanilla.  Medium-full body, with sweet tannins and a good balance.  A perfect match for a variety of meats, both roasted or grilled. $13.99
